Praised by those who are used to the good, the beautiful and the simple, Bachaumont restaurant, after having tried for a while a more sophisticated cuisine, returns to a simpler, more accessible, more Parisian cuisine.

A restaurant as we like them, with the current trend (which continues) of dishes to share. "When the cuisine is gourmet, we all want to plunge our forks into the neighbor's," explains Samy Marciano.

The first meal of the day is tasted in the wintergarden, bathed by the natural light which is spread since the canopy. A generous dresser is proposed to the customers of the hotel. With the menu, fresh produce, coffees of exception, surprised of the chief, viennoiseries and jams house.

Each afternoon, the wintergarden is transformed into convivial table, where one can regale oneself of a pastry making by consulting his e-mail. A business center impresses serenity.
