The table of the Bachaumont restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel offers a generous cuisine of French, local and seasonal inspiration.
The Chef de cuisine Franck Fontaine animates a menu with finesse offering tasty dishes and fragrant flavours. His cuisine comes from his passion for good products (organic vegetables, sustainable agriculture) but also from his experience. At the helm of a two-star restaurant at the age of 23, he passed through the Tour d'Argent after working alongside Alain Ducasse.
The desserts are imagined by the chef Xavier Mertz. An architect of sweet pleasures, his talent is equal to his experience. He went through luxurious establishments before heading a brigade at the Jules Verne.
Imagined by the famous interior designer Dorothée Meilichzon, the restaurant with its open kitchen and sheltered under a luminous glass roof focuses on detail, just like his cuisine.
