THE RESTAURANT BACHAUMONT

In the 18th century, aristocrats, bourgeois and philosophers would gather at the Grand Hôtel de Bachaumont for the lively debates hosted by writer Monsieur Bachaumont, conversations that often lasted until dawn. Guests came as much for the vibrant atmosphere as for the generous cuisine that became legendary over time. Today, Restaurant Bachaumont revives this Parisian heritage through a convivial table inspired by the French art of hospitality.
